GoogleI instructed John Lee to sell my property based on his recent sales history of similar properties and his honest approach. In the current market where other agents were not so positive John was confident he could get me a sale for the price I wanted and he did not disappoint. I had a buyer in the first week and 6 weeks later I had exchanged on both my sale and purchase!
I was happy with the pre-sales (professional photo's, marketing brochure) and after sales with Nigel the sales negotiator who was a great intermediary between myself and the buyer. And even better they offer very competitive rates.
Have recommended to local friends and family.

GoogleI had keen to buy a detached property at Burnham area and offered, 21k more than offer/asking price, however it was sold 21k less than my offer (highest), despite having more than sufficient down-payment & mortgage etc. They said a silly reason by saying that, owner has got known people?, and later on it came to the market again, as the " known" person dropped off. Despite they didn't come back to me, being I am top on the list who offered highest price, and very keen to take property. The seller lost
good margin, because they sold quite less than market price and you know the answer..I wonder these kind of things happens here too..

Having reviewed this matter from 2022 I can see that a cash offer was accepted at the time as the vendor was looking for a quick sale given the property was vacant and they did not live locally to the area. We are sorry if you feel you were misled but we were only following our vendors instructions. It is important to note that the transaction did go onto complete within 6 weeks so I think it’s fair to say the vendors were satisfied with the final outcome.
