Hi Darek - I`m disappointed to get two poor reviews for the same property, I did email Ania after her review below and I understand that she was frustrated that we did not process her reference quickly enough for the new property. Unfortunately we only acted as a "let only" agent in this case and were not the managing agent. Reference requests ask if the rent was paid on time etc - as the rent was not paid to Focus, we have to check with the landlord before we can reply. In this case your landlord was in Ireland with her phone switched off - she is one of very few landlords who do not have email. I am sorry that this caused you inconvenience but it was out of our control. I believe apart from that it was a straight forward tenancy and your deposit was returned in full - I think that one star is harsh in this case. Regards Donna

GoogleUnhelpfull staff that they don't seem to like their job. Quick conversation and answering questions seem like a bore for them. Enquired to buy a house, for any question they answered it should be online Waste of time.
