GoogleThis company is 25 years old and has removed their old reviews when their rating went down to 1.4 out of 5 because people can not give 0 stars. The oldest review on this new Google listing is from 11 months ago. I have been with Focus for 25 years, we have very few complaints given the size of the company, however, you continue to give us poor reviews without giving a name. I have got to the point where I wonder if you are from another agency and I have now asked google to investigate your account. Obviously if you are genuinely a customer of Focus then of course I would like to hear from you in order to resolve any issues that you may have. Regards donna@focusresidential.com

GoogleHi, I'm Svetlana and i rented a 2 bedroom flat in the Crossways apartments for a really good price with Focus Residential. From speaking to my colleagues I believe that you were one of a number of disappointed prospective tenants who missed out on a rental property today. It is unfortunate that sometimes this happens - we advertise a home, receive numerous enquiries and by the time we have access for viewings a number of people are booked in. We have to put forward all offers to the landlords and allow them to make a decision which inevitably resulted in some people being disappointed today. All viewers were notified in advance that this property was in high demand and how the viewings/offers etc would be administered. All applicants were communicated with today by text and or email to keep them updated and we offered to assist in finding alternative properties. Although I understand your frustration, in my opinion this review is very unfair and I obviously disagree with your claim that our staff are unprofessional and rude and the allegation that we have been dishonest in any way is completely untrue and unfounded. GoogleAbsolute waste of time! I enquired with to buy a spacious Victorian house. Their sales rep guaranteed a spacious property in Slough, when I visted, it was smaller than a match box! What an absolute waste of time. The astonishing thing is that I called a couple of hours before and told the sales girl that I don't wish to waste my time if the property is small - she said it's quite a big house.. IT WAS ABSOLUTELY TINY. which then tells me that she took no interest in my need although I was explicit & clearly mentioned it is a DEAL BREAKER. Awful and very unprofessional.

GoogleAbsolutely terrible people with not even the courtesy to call back and update you or call back at all. Constantly had to chase them up only to be told people who viewed AFTER me had given a depo when I had been trying to do so straight after seeing the property. I then asked for an alternative option to view for the third time but was told I couldn't. Why have listings up for weeks if the property isn't ready to view? Definitely sense some prejudice going on here. Some of us are in difficult situations as it is, these people add to the stress by messing you about. I have been nothing but polite from the start! Valuable time has been wasted for me, never trying with them again.

GoogleAs a landlord I have been using Focus Slough for over 20 years and have never considered the need to use any other agency. They have always been extremely professional, helpful and friendly. All my tenants throughout the years have also spoken well of them. Thoroughly recommended.

GoogleI had to call them 4 times to get a viewing booked. Was always told that someone will call me back. This never happened. Then they finally booked a viewing but it took them again several days to send out a confirmation. The lady on the phone seems super bored and annoyed. I really don't feel comfortable buying or renting with them.

GoogleOnce you have signed a contract, neither they nor the landlord/landlady will take care of anything needing to be repaired in the property from day 1.
