He was very helpful in showing around the properties and helping in different ways even in respect to the schools he took me around in his car to show different properties near to the schools and really put himself in my situation and helped me as if he knew me for long time and as if we were very good friends . i will remember him for his personal contact and concern towards my family and me to get my dream home . i would also like to thank his team for helping me in back office in his absence . GoogleI have had a wonderful experience renting an apartment through Connells. Paperwork went through quickly, which was important in my case. Most of all, Beth Vaughen went above and beyond to help me to the best of her capacity if I happened to have an issue, therefore I strongly recommend this agency. --------- Edit: 8 months later - POOR COMMUNICATIONS I have moved out of the property and noticed how unprofessional they actually were. Beth doesn't seen to work there anymore. After the landlord instructed them to give my deposit back, I still had to call them five times a day (always saying they will call me back in 15 minutes or at a set time but never do). I was tired and called a national number who said they shouldn't be acting this way. Not long after I had them on the phone, she contacted the branch and the agent that was supposed to call me back for more than a week immediately has done so. Seems there can't be anything done unless pressured to. I wouldn't mind if it took time to get an answer if they told me beforehand, I'd rather have that than being lied to.

GoogleApproaching into Slough as a new-comer was not only an challenging experience but also a task as I was required to find an suitable apartment based on my budget, time, and other fundamental factors. Working with Connells Estate Agents was and will continue to be a helpful experience as I was able to confirm an apartment in less than 2 hours. Moreover, the helpful Lettings and Sales agents are truly in the game to help their customers in a functional and advantageous manner. Thus I recommend that you proceed to work with this agency and bolster your search for property.

GoogleA huge shout out to Beth, who found the perfect tenant for me. It did take slightly longer than i had hoped to get a tenant into my property, but i'd rather prefer extra time taken to find a great tenant, than being found a poor to average tenant quickly and having issues with them later. Throughout the process Beth would keep me informed on how her search was going and what she was doing to help locate a tenant for me. Even after finding me a tenant, she was very helpful in terms of doing anything she could to answer any questions or concerns i had, and anything she couldn't assist with she would point me in the direction of the relevant colleague. Having dealt with a number of other Agencies, Beth is a real credit to Connells :)

GoogleClear, timely communication and trust was key for me as I was moving from Manchester to Slough and had to find an apartment in a short space of time.Beth Vaughan was professional and great in making sure that I get the best possible service, even when I was not able to go physically view the properties myself. I have never put so much trust in a letting agent before, and I am glad of the outcome. Beth is a real asset to the Connells team.

GoogleI had a property viewing arranged, received confirmation email and 2 confirmation sms messages. I was waiting outside this property for 20 minutes and there nobody here what so ever. I tried calling the only number I was given numerous times and have not been able to reach anyone and was not even given an option to leave a message. Extremely disappointed with the customer service and find this type of behaviour utterly unprofessional! this is by far the worst property agent I have ever come across. To not even turn up to a viewing or have the courtesy to inform the viewer is utterly disgusting. 1 star is being generous

Anthony booked an appointment with his mortgage expert, Sayed, who was great! He gave us some very good advice and was able to get us an exclusive interest rate with one of the banks. Both Anthony and Sayed were very helpful with our home and mortgage. Would definitely recommend!
