A very professional and perfect service provided by the Lettings team at Connells, Slough. Especially, Raj - always available to answer and address your concerns. He welcomed special requests for the move and made sure everything was seamless. Although, they resolve all your concerns over phone, emails, I still visited the office just for few doubts, and the other team members there were helpful too. Raj even checked up after move in if everything is in place, any support required etc. Very professional experience. Definitely recommended.

Our requirement was to find the apartments as close as possible. I tried reaching out to several agencies in Slough but they were doing nothing more than sending the ads of the flat from their website. There came a call from Connells against my Enquiry. Raj Rattu from Connell's, the magician, not just found us 2 apartments but we got the flats next to each other. The major challenge for us to get the keys in just 7 days from the day we saw the apartment. Raj made it possible!! Our recent property search was long, arduous and mentally exhausting! We had specific requirements for our next property and looking within Slough was proving to be a terrible experience with most agencies either not giving a damn or just lacking basic ethics. However that all stopped when we got a call from Connells and the person on the other side was Balreet Grewal, he was professional, accomodating and fairly efficient in his dealing with us. He showed us an amazing property and everything seemed set, the only concern was the distance to Central Slough, so we opted to go with another property but I felt that the service and response as well as the attitude displayed by Bal deserved 5 stars, if we ever move again, I know for sure who I'll contact to get my next home.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Very happy with everything really. 1st person I met was very personable and not “pushy” or “salesman” type. The sale took a few turns over a year, and had plenty of contact with the office and a few staff. All dealt with very well and trusted their advice, even when a buyer pulled out. All sorted now despise clumsy ending (well 5 separate groups of people) Totally recommendable, nice bunch of people.

Connels Slough, don’t sell your property with this agent / unprofessional. Was interested in an apartment in Slough, the customer service has been terrible from start to finish few key points below 1. Call the office to arrange a appointment on the 11th October 2023 for 15.45pm, everything was fine view the apartment with some other potential buyers. 2. No follow up call from Connells was made to obtain any feedback. 3. Arranged a 2nd viewing 2 days later on the 13th at 14.00pm, the sales person (Ali) was 15 to 20 minutes late to arrival to the building and when he took us up to the flat did not really show us around, seem not very interested and basically stood in the hallway of the apartment on his phone, the Sales person did disclose that there were 8 offers on the property all below the asking price. 4. Again no follow up call for any feedback from Connells 5. However we emailed them an offer for the property for the asking price to start the negotiations / process. 6. Email came back acknowledging the offer and they will come back to us / we are not even sure if the offer was even given to the seller to consider? 7. Its been 12 days since the last communication from Connells or response to two separate emails sent to them to provide us some feedback, when calling the office no one takes the call also 8. The property is now listed as sold subject to contract. We know we can’t help who which property we like and which agent we have to deal with, however if I a seller I would not be selecting this property to sell my property, as I would not be confident that the offers on the property made it to seller.
