GoogleJust simply not a good estate agency. Poor customer service at the branch and the property management company they use is also not up to standard. As a landlord you are constantly chasing call backs and properties are not managed adequately either.

GoogleI'm really impressed with the service I received from Connells Agents. Beth Vaughn, was amazing! She went that extra mile to help us with our move to the new flat and ensured everything is sorted asap as we were pressed for time. Well recommended!!!

GoogleDO NOT enter that office. those people are a joke. they are never in the office. they never call you back. they do not show up for their appointments. not taking responsibility for the screw ups. i never write reviews, but these guys left me no choice.

GoogleMy experience with Connells as a whole has been rather poor to be honest, much of it reflects management issues, thankfully this has been largely mitigated by Amandeep who has taken on my case and helped a great deal!

GoogleI had a great experience with Amandeep, he showed me a great property and all the questions I had were answered. He explained the tenancy process and showed me everything about the flat. I would recommend Connells.

GoogleConnels really need to improve communication with their customers. They aren't great at communication, I have my house on sale with them currently and hardly get any calls and updates from them.

GoogleAbsolutely shocking service, you ring up ask for individual get told there on phone, out of office or in a meeting you leave you number and wait for a callback and it never happens. If you want a less stressful move avoid connels
