fully managed. Their fees may be a little more than other companies, but in my opinion, you get what you pay for.
What you pay for with this team is efficiency and total commitment to the job they are doing. They are fully proactive when finding tenants and on the ball when there are any problems at the property, no matter how large or small.
I feel confident that my property is let with the best agents in the area...

Peter Atkinson from Belvoir Properties, Sleaford steered me on the right track in getting my house ready for letting. I had never done this before so his excellent advice was worth its weight in gold (ie neutral colour-scheme; electrical testing etc). Jan, Joanna and Pam have kept me informed as to what is going on with the property (regular inspections etc). Messages left on my mobile and e-mails are especially welcome as I work long days and often don't have time to contact them straight away - they always keep me updated.
Whenever I have been back to Lincolnshire I have called into the Sleaford office and even if these staff members are not available I have always been given a warm, friendly welcome and helpful advice to any query I have.

I was Absolutely Disgusted today when i walked into this estate agent with my teminally ill mother, We had expressed an interest in selling with the above agents, the agents had been given the key in a view to instruct but as of today i had not officially instructed them. When i went into the office today it was as such that my mothers situation had changed and we were going to let it out again instead due to her health situation being so fluid, The Chap who was called in to speak to us was obstuctive and rude when asked if we could have our key back saying and i quote " i Should put a charity sign over the door" I challanged him about his demina and he was continually rude. I am contemplating approaching the local papers about it.
