Eon were hounding me for a bill that was not mine but the previous occupants. They were utterly useless and kept coming back threatening debt collection agencies and all sorts. I spoke to the agents at Belvoir Sleaford and they assisted me speaking to Eon straight away. They are a fantastic, friendly and helpful management company we have used a few times now. Highly recommended them

Belvoir Sleaford have managed our rental property for nearly 7 years in which time we have had two lots of tenants. The tenants were vetted thoroughly and we had the final say over which ones to have. Although we were happy with both choices throughout their tenancies, when it came to them leaving there were many issues that needed resolving due to both sets of relationships splitting up. This is when Belvoir showed their true colours and handled all the problems extremely efficiently, timely, and in a very impressive and professional manner. We were fully updated throughout the process on a regular basis and every penny that was owed to us was accounted for and we were fairly compensated for all damages. If we ever needed to speak to Peter the boss he was always there at the end of the phone or accessible in person if necessary. However, the person that conducted all the work and carried out our wishes to the letter was Peter's number 2, Reece Creighton. The effort and work he put into resolving all our issues was exemplary and we can not thank him enough for everything he has done for us. At present we do not require the services of Belvoir Sleaford due to the property not being available to let. However, in the future we will not hesitate in contacting them again. Thank you Peter, Reece, and all the team. Your service has been greatly appreciated.

As American tenants looking for comparable living arrangements, Peter and Reece were phenomenal in providing assistance in the area and finding accommodations suited for our family. They worked well with us regarding the property and as great liaisons between us and the landlord with the few issues that did arise. I have recommended them to many of my colleagues. With a truly dedicated staff, it may be an hour or so to get a call back if you can't get straight through, but they do make a point in following up by end of day at latest.

We have been with Belvoir for a number of years now. When the tenants left we had a fair of amount of work to complete. Belvoir, especially Peter, went well beyond the extra mile to ensure that the property was back up to standard in quick time. In recent weeks the storms have caused damage to the property. I cannot praise this company enough, after a house fire in our rented property Peter and his team at Belvoir Sleaford went above and beyond to find us suitable emergency accommodation treating us with consideration and compassion at an incredibly stressful time. From the first phone call to Peter Atkinson the director I was very impressed with the service they had to offer. I always felt that I was being treated as an individual and received personal attention at all times. When we visited Peter in his office everything was leisurely, informative and at a pace that my wife and I could understand as first time landlords. Angela Hague became our first point of contact and showed the possible tenants around the property. She was incredibly helpful and assisted us throughout in choosing the perfect tenants. She kept us updated at all times by phone and backed up by emails. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she is a credit to the company. During our visits to the office and supporting Angela whilst she was away for a few days, Reece Creighton was there to assist at all times. I have dealt with this branch

I have dealt with this branch for over 7 years now and nothing is to difficult for them to deal with. The entire team are very efficient and offer a very quick service with any problems or queries I or my tenant may have. On a personal note they were very understanding when I had to go through a divorce and split 2 properties between myself and my husband.( We let both properties with them) They were unbiased and professional to both of us. They look after my property well as I live so far away and they have built up a good team of reliable and reasonably priced local tradesmen to service my property. I feel my property is in safe hands with the Belvoir Sleaford Branch. I would have no problems recommending this letting agency to anyone, both landlord and tenant.
