She presented herself very well, was on time and conducted the viewing with a good knowledge of the building. I would score her 100% for great customer service. She followed up the viewing with additional details we had asked about very promptly and has kept in touch after our offer had been accepted by the vendor. We felt very at ease with her and hope to complete the purchase in due course.

I contacted Dale Eddison to view a property that had just come on the market - I messaged them on the Friday via Rightmove and at the weekend via their website after their phone line went to answerphone. They didn’t bother responding to my messages, even though their website says they are open at the weekend. When I subsequently rang them on the Monday, a sullen receptionist said the property was now under offer from the first people who viewed it. No apology for ignoring my messages. Really bad customer service. I wouldn’t want them selling my house (particularly as they may have been able to get a higher price for their client).
