GoogleI recently sold a property through the Skipton office, Hardisty. All their staff were exceptionally helpful, efficient and professional. The team, under the guidance of Joe Langley, kept me informed all the way through the sale process. They are always very attentive when I visit their office in Skipton and explained each stage of the sale and liaised with my solicitors, which was very supportive. The support was fabulous and I would strongly recommend their services to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

It was great to work with Hardisty on the purchase of my first property. The sales team were very accommodating of my requests for extra viewings and helpful throughout. We chose Dale Eddison to sell our house (and the house we bought was also being marketed by them) and we have found them to be absolutely brilliant from start to finish. They gave excellent guidance as we prepared to put our house on the market, and the photography and brochure they put together were really good quality. They have gone above and beyond our expectations during the conveyancing process - their Otley team is very skilled and professional and their local knowledge is outstanding which has really helped us. Abigail Page has been particularly key for us in driving our sale/purchase in what was quite a long and complex chain. She has been great at keeping in touch, guiding us along and managing the flow of information. In fact, the whole team is very knowledgeable, and have always been happy to help when we have phoned or popped into the office.We would wholeheartedly recommend Dale Eddison to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
