At the beginning, we dealt with Peter who couldn't have been more helpful. He advised us on which properties to buy and (very important) which to avoid; he arranged for various bits of work to be done; and he advised on a suitable rent to ask for. For the most part, since then we have dealt with Daniel and Ros, who are each just as helpful as Peter. We cannot recommend Belvoir Skipton enough.

Not only did they let the property extremely quickly once again, but I had a lot of people viewing in the first few days of it coming onto the market. Very good letting agents, Problems sorted quickly and efficiently, and they have good tradesmen when needed, again who pop in very quickly. Dan's and Pete are good lads, on the ball and helpful. The phone is answered quickly and they get back to you fast too. Also seem to have good communications with the landlord to get things done sharpish. Very happy, would recommend Belvoir Skipton to anyone.
