Me and my husband have used Belvoir to fully manage our home we rent out for well over a year now. We've never had any problems. GoogleOur experience with Belvoir has been nothing but positive in the 3+ years we rented with them. Helpful, accommodating and super responsive to maintenance queries. When our boiler breakdown in the winter, we had a new one fitted within a few days, which was fantastic service. I would highly recommend Belvoir as a letting agent.

GoogleA great local firm to deal with. Staff are friendly, approachable and always respond to your needs. It feels like you're dealing with private landlords not an agency; their approach is so personal. Great communication and always friendly and polite. We were tenants for six years with Belvoir and never encountered a problem. Would highly recommend.

Direct reviewsThe entire process for moving in has been spot on. From an online viewing from 300 miles away, through referencing, move in and subsequent sorting out of minor snagging issues at the property, the staff at Belvoir have been first rate. Friendly, efficient and knowledgable. Thanks guys :-)

GoogleIf I had the choice I would steer clear of this place unfortunately they seem to deal with about 80% of the affordable houses in the area, all they did was mess me around and never get in contact, when looking for a house on a short schedule that is the last thing I wanted.

Really quick to respond to any issues we have. Always warm. Always friendly and approachable. And always professional. We've lived in a few let properties. With various letting agencies, and we've had some bad experiences. But in the 3 years we've lived at this property we have found no reason to complain about Belvoir.

GoogleI have been renting through Belvoir for three stress free years. They are a great group of people who are always available to deal with even the slightest problems. Importantly they work equally hard for the landlord and the tenant. I have often recommended them and will happily continue to do so.

GoogleWe have been renting through Belvoir for almost 4 years and have just moved in to our second property with them. Daniel and the whole team provide excellent service, dealing with any queries or questions promptly and always keeping us informed. I would recommend Belvoir to any tennant!

GoogleWhile belvoir may be great in dealing customers using their service (at a cost ), they seem to have forgotten that every person who calls their office is a potential customer and should be treated the same no matter what the nature of the call. Manners are free !!!!
