GoogleI was introduced to one of the Connells Estate Agent Staff in Rainham( Damian Gray by name) when I was struggling with my mortgage. I have met with so many brokers and lenders and I was told that I wasn't qualified yet but I was surprised that this man made the impossibility a possibility. I am now over a year in my house and I think he is now in sittingbourne branch.

GoogleDamian gray was brilliant can’t recommend him enough, he was really professional and helped me with any queries I had. I was a first time buyer and didn’t really have a clue on anything, however Damian talked me through everything, and gave me any advice I needed. I cannot thank him enough for helping me and my partner. If anyone wanting to find a mortgage adviser 110% go with Damian.

GoogleI have lost count of how many times I've tried to view properties that they're selling. I have phoned and phoned and phoned, they always say they'll phone back and never do. I'm surprised they actually manage to sell any houses at this rate! When we did want to bid on a house it took 24 hours to speak to the right person and probably 6 promises of phone calls back to even put in the bid! We were going to go through them to sell our flat and very glad we didn't choose them as I doubt we would have soldNegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleGreat help with renting a property , Luke at sittingbourne branch was extreemely helpful , nothing was to much trouble,, even called me back to answer a problem whilst he was shopping,, he explained every little detail, and knew all the answers to questions that was asked. He will be highly recommended by us to other people we know. Good asset to Connells

GoogleFelt very disappointed by their service only 3 viewings when I asked them to remove their advert online they refused to this day. Am very frustrated by connels they are very unprofessional lying to me that they would remove the advert 2 months later they have not sold the house they refuse to take it off their site

GoogleWhilst the outcome wasn't what we wanted, Kieren and Tracey are the best Team you could ever have on your side, prompt, responsive and always with a smile, they don't stop and are always there as an ear to help you through the process. You won't find a better Estate Agent in kent trust me.

GoogleDamian gray helped us with our mortgage. He explained everything in plain English and was never too busy to help with any questions we had. He kept us up to date at every step and always went above and beyond. We will definitely be seeing him again when we remortgage and would highly recommend him.
