GoogleI am delighted with the service received, I was kept informed at all times and found the staff proactive, prompting both my and the purchaser's solicitors, following up on requests and recommending contractors when house clearance was required. Absolutely brilliant, can't recommend strongly enough. After speaking to the purchasers they confirmed they were happy with the service also.

FacebookI read good reviews and recommendations about MADAM. KATHY PERRY For how she helps people make money from Crypto/Forex Investment. Her great skills in Forex and Crypto trading made good profits for so many in their trading account. I was amazed at how many Investors wrote good comments about her. I contacted this amazing account manager Ma'am Kathy Perry and invested with her. I earned a very good profit and made my withdrawal successfully directly to my bank account. I invested $1,500 and made a profit of $17,000 within 7 days of trading. I am very happy to have met Ma'am. Kathy. I made my second withdrawal and I now earn good profits working at home. I know this is inappropriate but this is my little way of showing gratitude and appreciation to her. If you wish to invest you can contact her via Email: kathyperry2470@gmail.comWhatsApp: +1 (352) 658-3405

GoogleWhere to start? I have heard many stories of bad experiences with estate agents so was not expecting much. James has far exceeded those expectations and more. He was constantly there to help and guide with a calm demeanour and a smile on his face. Whenever I had any concerns he calmly talked me through them and even came round to help me with the paperwork! I cannot praise him highly enough and thoroughly recommend him.

GoogleDon’t use anyone else if you want to sell or buy a property. Having used 2 other local agents over a period of nearly a year with little or no success we called on James Gorey. Within a week of marketing our property we had numerous viewings, one of which proceeded to offer within only 2 weeks and the house was sold. The marketing from quality of photographs, house description to website and social media exposure was outstanding. James regularly kept in touch, updating us on progress. A special mention should also go to Jayne, our sales progressor, who became the lynchpin between our solicitor, our purchasers solicitor and our new build developers. James and Jayne are always available, return calls and follow up on queries. We would highly recommend James Gorey and his team who provide an exceptional service.

GoogleJames recently sold my property in Sidcup and I have to say, from start to finish was the most professional and personable estate agent I have ever dealt with. He did a great job keeping me in the loop and small touches made a big difference in making me feel confident that he was working in my best interests throughout the process. I would highly recommend him to anyone in the property market in Sidcup and surrounding areas. : )

GoogleI have moved home several times over the past 20 years and have to say that James and Jayne have proved to be the most caring, professional and personal estate agents that I have ever dealt with. Having, previously been on sale with an alternative estate agent, with no interested viewers and only time wasters, I found James's approach refreshing and his support throughout was amazing. I definitely recommend his services. On a personal note...I would like to thank James and Jayne for all of their help and calm responses and will definitely recommend James Gorey Estate Agents to anyone...
