James Gorey Estate Agents Sidcup reviews

James and his team have been an absolute pleasure to work with as we have navigated getting onto the property ladder for the very first time! The team have been incredibly good at keeping the communication flowing and advising us on the next steps. If it wasn’t for James and Josh’s help the whole process would have been very worrying for us due to the lack of communication from our solicitors. The team have been a great help and we would absolutely recommend them to anyone who might be looking to buy or sell

After a long period of being on the markey with another well-known agent, we changed to James Gorey. In a short while we had a buter and the sale was complete after a couple of months. James, Mitchell and Josh have worked hard to ensure the sale was successful and have been informative and helpful the whole time. Their communications were swift, and Josh has ensured that both we and our solicitors were chased up when information was needed. He also provided an invaluable link between us and the buyer when necessary. No question was a hassle and we felt confident in their hands. It is rare to say that estate agents are good to work with - we have moved a few times and know - but in this case, Jame Gorey is an agent I would thoroughly recommend. Selling, buying, and moving houses is up there with one of the most stressful times in your life. James and his team made sure this was minimised and their knowledge and actions smoothed the way through the process.

I asked James Gorey Estate Agents to handle the sale of my buy-to-let house in Sidcup, and was very impressed by the service I received. It was not an easy sale for a number of reasons but the support and encouragement I received from JG throughout the process was second to none. Josh Collis (my main contact at JG) was brilliant throughout, keeping me informed of the situation at every twist and turn, and was always reassuring when we hit difficulties. So I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending James Gorey Estate Agents!

Among all the estate agents I consulted, James truly distinguished himself. His professional demeanour, proactive approach and unwavering commitment to finding the ideal tenant were exceptional. James consistently went above and beyond, ensuring I was informed at every step of the process. He is a dedicated young professional who undoubtedly goes the extra mile. I highly recommend James and his company to anyone in need of a property agent. Look no further; you will not be disappointed.

We first purchased our house through James Gorey and had a great experience so appointed the agency to sell our house when we were ready to move recently. The valuation process was easy and quick. The photo process and marketing was all to a high standard. Communication was excellent all the way through our sale and so we would highly recommend James Gorey Estate Agents for purchasing and selling.

Excellent estate agents, best I've dealt with, I couldn't recommend them more. Paul was extremely professional and really went above and beyond the call of duty at every stage to facilitate my property purchase - even chasing up the other parties, when he was on holiday. Absolute standout, if other agents are measured in terms of sterling silver, these guys are goldsmiths - Bravo!

Great customer service provided by Josh. He has been efficient and nothing was too much trouble. He was on hand to call and speak to during work hours and after work hours to help out with any problems we had. He worked hard to complete the purchase by the date we needed. We would highly recommend James Gorey Estate Agents in Sidcup.

James kept us updated weekly with market details, views our property were getting online/on apps & got viewing feedback for us the next working day. He fought our corner every step of the way when we found a buyer too & was friendly and professional throughout the whole process. Communication was mostly done through Email & at times WhatsApp. This kept things stress free, casual & so it didn't feel like a spam of calls were coming in. The emails also didn't feel like spam & always felt like they were important and informative for our property. I can't reccomend James enough, a better estate agent than most others who just like to spam & waste your time. Everything with James felt productive & informative, no time wasted.

I have spoken to many estate agents during the process of selling our home, and Paul from James Gorey Estate Agent has given the correct valuation of my property and sold it for that price. It was evident from day one Paul did not undervalue to make a quick sale, which is very reassuring from a sellers prospective. We have listed the properly during Easter and the property was sold within a couple of weeks. The entire process from listing the properly till completion took us around 2 and a half months and it was evident to see Paul’s years of experience by the way he handled the entire process. He has kept us informed every step of the way and highlighted all the positive and negatives from all parties throughout the process which gave us confidence as a seller. I highly recommend James Gorey for their honesty, communication, expertise and attention to detail as an estate agent.

I’ve dealt with a lot of estate agents over the years but non come close to the professionalism and pro activeness of James Gorey, from the point of selling our property for full asking pride within 3 weeks! To the point of guiding us all the way through to completion with amazing attention to detail. I could recommend James Gorey enough! Thank you for all your help!

It gives us a great deal of pleasure to have the opportunity to write about the positive experience we have had with James Gorey, Estate Agent. Moving house is very stressful, even more so under Covid-19 and our dealings with James and his very able assistant Jayne May made the process less stressful than it could have been..James was very caring from the start, which is why we chose him from the 3 people that came round.James also negociated in the purchase of our new home, which was great. James appearance was always smart and he has a very friendly manner. His knowledge in the field of Estate Agentsis impeccable. He has a very calming manner which put us at ease..Jayne kept us informed, she was relentless in keeping on top of what needed to be chased and she was very personable to deal with. We would have no hesitation in recommending this small but impressive and up and coming Estate Agent without reservation. We are sure that they will go from strength to strength and we wish him and his team well.

James Gory found a buyer for our house within days of us putting it on the market. James also negotiated an excellent deal on the house we finally purchased. There were many complications on this house. But throughout all of the stages, James and Jayne (post sales)were there to see us through and were always on the end of the phone to help and reassure us. I would highly recommend this company as they actually care about their clients and we have felt very looked after throughout.
