James kept us updated weekly with market details, views our property were getting online/on apps & got viewing feedback for us the next working day. He fought our corner every step of the way when we found a buyer too & was friendly and professional throughout the whole process. Communication was mostly done through Email & at times WhatsApp. This kept things stress free, casual & so it didn't feel like a spam of calls were coming in. The emails also didn't feel like spam & always felt like they were important and informative for our property. I can't reccomend James enough, a better estate agent than most others who just like to spam & waste your time. Everything with James felt productive & informative, no time wasted.

I have spoken to many estate agents during the process of selling our home, and Paul from James Gorey Estate Agent has given the correct valuation of my property and sold it for that price. It was evident from day one Paul did not undervalue to make a quick sale, which is very reassuring from a sellers prospective. We have listed the properly during Easter and the property was sold within a couple of weeks. The entire process from listing the properly till completion took us around 2 and a half months and it was evident to see Paul’s years of experience by the way he handled the entire process. He has kept us informed every step of the way and highlighted all the positive and negatives from all parties throughout the process which gave us confidence as a seller. It gives us a great deal of pleasure to have the opportunity to write about the positive experience we have had with James Gorey, Estate Agent. Moving house is very stressful, even more so under Covid-19 and our dealings with James and his very able assistant Jayne May made the process less stressful than it could have been..James was very caring from the start, which is why we chose him from the 3 people that came round.James also negociated in the purchase of our new home, which was great. James appearance was always smart and he has a very friendly manner. James Gory found a buyer for our house within days of us putting it on the market. James also negotiated an excellent deal on the house we finally purchased. There were many complications on this house. But throughout all of the stages, James and Jayne (post sales)were there to see us through and were always on the end of the phone to help and reassure us. I would highly recommend this company as they actually care about their clients and we have felt very looked after throughout.

From start to finish James Gorey Estate Agent managed and supported our Sale splendidly. Their assistance was first class. We were told by 2 other Agents that our property could take up to a year to sell in the current market as it had a more specialist appeal (small retirement property). Within 2 weeks James ensured we were getting viewings and an acceptable offer very close to the asking price within the first month. Many thanks also to Jayne who was an amazing help throughout. Unfortunately our Solicitor was a big disappointment, everything was by email and often unanswered plus 3 changes of Conveyancer during the process however Jayne breached the gap and kept us fully up to date, even contacting other Agents and Solicitors in the chain. I feel they provide a very experienced personal Service and would highly recommend this Estate Agency. JW

His service is personal and ALWAYS returned calls if he was unable to answer the phone. We were kept up to date with every step. I would 100% recommend James Gorey Estate Agents after he cleared up the mess my previous agents had made in selling my flat. He was very attentive and always professional. Always attended viewings and 9 times out of 10 get me an offer off the back of the viewing. Even when lost 3 buyers he excelled to produce another buyer in a quick turn around. He kept me update the whole way through the process of my sale and was always available to speak to. I thoroughly recommend James Gorey Estate Agent. From the very first meeting with James it was clear he was very professional, friendly and enthusiastic.
