They guided us through the whole process and we couldn’t of asked for a better service from them. We viewed a property on a Friday and had completed all paperwork etc and was offered the what is to be our new home by the following Monday. What more could you ask of the company and their staff. I had a wonderful experience they always helped me with appointments, viewings and were always prompt in their relationship with me. They pay special attention to the client, always when a new property appears, I received an email with it, at the end of the week I also received an SMS with all the properties they had available, and when I requested an appointment via email or what-up, they responded very quickly and they always helped me see the properties. James, thank you for your help, I hope you always remain so professional, kind and involved in helping people find the right home.

GoogleVery bad service from sale and directors support them with excuse of staff sickness when brought to their attention. Sales are very targeted with the selection of potential buyers with no access to people like me. Worked with other agents but never experienced. infact I recommend my friend few years back to these people not this sort of culture then... .
We were surprised to read this review, after having already provided an explanation for why we were unable to book a viewing for one property (already resold before he requested the viewing) and that an offer had been received for a second property. We did experience severe staffing difficulties, owing to sickness, over the Christmas and New Year period , but the fact that we have so many 5 star reviews should demonstrate that our company always aims to provide a 5 star service to everyone.
