FacebookPaul and the team stand out from the crowd as not only are they genuinely nice people to deal with, they are also very knowledgeable and professional in everything they do. No other agent in the area understands the dynamics of the property market in this locality like they do which means they are in the best position to advise on any property investment and get you the best return possible. I would have no hesitation in recommending them for both selling and letting property in the area. Keep up the good work!

GoogleDrewery (Sidcup) made this experience a positive one from beginning to end, such a contrast to other encounters I’ve had with agencies in this process of finding a rental.
James was honest and extremely helpful, made the process seamless and kept us well informed on any updates throughout.
Perfect communication and genuinely good people! Couldn’t recommend James and the team enough.

GoogleI would have no hesitation in recommending the Drewery team; Tom, Tommy, Hayley and Clive were excellent. We found them trustworthy, knowledgeable and professional. We sold our flat through them but we also purchased our new home with their help. They were reliable, always helpful and offered excellent customer service. I suspect the process of selling and purchasing another home could have been significantly more stressful without their invaluable support.

GoogleHad a really positive experience with Drewerys - I rented a property from them for well over 2 years. The management team were speedy, experienced, kind, helpful and super professional. I felt very confident living in one of their rental properties. David and the team couldn't have done more, especially Beth!

GoogleCouldn’t recommend Drewry highly enough. The team we worked with was highly knowledgeable, helpful and represented us in a best way possible. They listen well and only sent listing that was right for us. Big shout out to Tom, Tommy and of course Kelly for helping us find our dream home. You’re the best! Would certainly use Drewry again when we grew out our home.

GoogleDrewery Estate agents is the best agency I have ever dealt with. Beth (Sidcup) has absolutely gone above and beyond to help me navigate through my new lease. I would not have been able to have done this without her professional help. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Google**DO NOT USE THIS AGENT**
We heard nothing from them in the 12 weeks it took to sell out house, negotiations in the beginning was very poor.
They left all the work to us chasing other agents and solicitors, their excuse was that due to the job I do (mortgage broker) that they felt I knew the process better so wasnt as proactive.
They done no viewings this was left to me the whole process was shambolic they done the easy bit in answering the phone to my buyer who had seen the property through another agent, they then just sat back and done nothing apart from start to put pressure on me when the legals were nearly done in order to get their commission.
We have reported the agent to the ombudsman and await their reply.

We are extremely concerned to read this (poorly written) review, which is vastly inaccurate and untrue. This vendor has not paid us any fees at all for selling his property and unfortunately he appears to be using every endeavour to avoid doing so. In view of the contents of this review, we shall be contacting our legal advisors.

GoogleWe dealt with Tom at Drewerys and can honestly say best viewing we have had on any property we have viewed. He was insightful, knew so much about the house and area. Really genuinely bice man who went out of his way to squeeze us in. Was in no way pushy! Would really reccomend.

GoogleOnce again we received the highest quality of service from Drewery's. Tom has now sold two houses for us and both times has been professional and reliable throughout. Hayley was an absolute star progressing what turned out to be a tricky sale. She worked tirelessly to ensure that everything ran smoothly and made sure that we were fully updated on progress from start to finish.

GoogleWe were extremely impressed with the service we received from Drewerys in selling our house recently. Tom Ferguson was very helpful and professional and sold our house over the first weekend of marketing. GoogleGreat letting service from Drewery. We have used their tenant introduction service a number of times for our properties in the local area and have always had a professional service from Liz and her team. Even when we had a bad tenant from another letting agency Liz had no problem in giving us valuable advice on how to deal with it.
