GoogleAbsolutely amazing service from Drewerys, They sold my fiat within days of going on the market and the whole process was quick and smooth. They are so professional in what they do and the thing I loved more than anything was that they were honest from start to finish and followed through on everything they said they would do. It was a pleasure to deal with Tom, Erica and Janice. Lovely people and certainly know their stuff. I just can’t recommend them highly enough.

GoogleTom has been so helpful from the first phone call to book a viewing, right the way through to securing a purchase. He has been very informative about the house and also about the sellers wishes. This made the experience personal as he was able to tell me not only about the surrounding area but also the neighbours and the history of the house and its development. Thanks to Tom I found the right house to make my home!

GoogleGenuinely pleased that we went with Drewery to sell our house. They were very efficient and easy to deal with. Tom led the sale and was great at handling the viewings and Nick was easy to deal with when we then progressed to completing the sale. Would really recommend as they removed a lot of the stress with the sale and made it a lot easier for us.

GoogleFrom viewing to completion lasted 4 months, their service and care were very good. I viewed couple of houses before and Tom Ferguson knew exactly what I was looking for, this shows his attention to details were good as he remember each customer's requirement. After the deal were agreed, Nick barber took over and look after the purchase process. He referred solicitor, electrician and surveyor, all these referral were brilliant as i have a hassle free purchase. Also, Nick is very responsive to my call or email. I would definitely use Drewery again if I am moving house in the future.

GoogleWe were really impressed by the swift response to our enquiry and the professionalism when Tom came to valuate our home. Not only does he have great interpersonal skills which made us feel relaxed, his knowledge and expertise enabled us to feel confident in how to progress. Tom was able to answer our questions and in addition colleagues also came to view our property to ensure they too would be able to speak to other customers with clear understanding of our property. GoogleNever leave reviews but credit where credit is due! Had an extremely good experience with this company. After being let down 5 days before supposed to be moving house by another estate agents, I was dreading looking for another flat. But Drewery, more specifically James, made this such an easy experience for myself and my flat mate. 1 day after viewing the flat, we had paid the holding deposit and the flat was off the market. James was very responsive and friendly, and any questions were answered almost instantly. Highly highly recommend this estate agents.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleHaving used other estate agents previously and been left disappointed, mostly around communication, I was pleasantly surprised with this company. From the start, I found all staff to be incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. I sold my property through them, and thought they gave realistic feedback with regards to price point and offers. They were easily contactable and gave very regular updates via phone, email and text which was helpful. There was also an online tool where you could track progress. Would happily use again, and would have no hesitation in recommending.

GoogleWe were very impressed with Drewerys from the very first phone call made to them. Our call was answered with enthusiasm (unlike another agent who told us the person dealing with letting was unavailable and asked us to call back). David visited our property and gave us good advice on which package to take. The fee was very competitive from the outset. Ellie kept us up to date with all the forms and paper work. The team was very friendly and extremely helpful in securing a letting for our flat. Drewerys come highly recommended.

Tom was at the viewings and was really helpful when we put our offer in as we had never done it before and also helped us with on completion day after hours with an unexpected delay. After our offer was accepted Nick was helpful in liaising with our solicitor and helped us resolve some issues with her. Overall we had a good experience.

GoogleI had an issue with the En-suite shower and reported this to the letting agent (Beth) who was quick to respond and organised the works to rectify. Works took a little longer than expected but this was down to identifying further underlying problems when carrying out the initial works. Beth was always available for any questions or queries I may have had.

It was such a stressful time buying a property until the amazing agent Tommy Breeds showed me the property that I was looking for and when I put an offer said “leave it with me and don’t worry”. Such a quick and professional service! I was a first time buyer so had loads of questions that were always answered and I felt confident throughout the whole buying process. Over the last month or so, we have been really struggling with our search due to having not great experiences with other estate agents - however this process with Drewery was fantastic. Really smooth and easy process, and great customer services from the agents. We worked mainly with David and Beth, who were both super helpful and answered all of our questions quickly and in a very helpful way. Really couldn't recommend them enough!
