GoogleI have recently used Capital Estate Agents to sell my Aunt's property and was very satisfied with the service I received. I had contact with several members of staff and found them all polite and helpful. I was consulted about how the property was advertised and whether I was happy with the descriptions used. Through out the selling process my questions were answered promptly whether by phone or email. After the sale had been agreed it looked like it would fall through due to a problem the buyers claimed there was with the patio doors. Lisa arranged for their maintenance guy to have a look and he was able to sort the issue out enabling the house contracts to be exchanged before Christmas . This exceeded the level of service I expected and would give a 4.5 star rating.

GoogleWe bought our house through Capital in February 2021 (viewings during second wave of Covid - they were rightly so strict with rules). It was a really straightforward process and I found them to be efficient and good at sharing the information we needed.
