GoogleHad the worst chain in my life, took almost 8 months to get over the line! However through all the terrible agents & slow solicitors Capital were amazing! Lisa took charge of the whole chain and went above and beyond, to get the “whole chain” across the line. I will definitely use capital for my next sale. 10/10

GoogleCapital Estate Agents managed my rental property (and the subsequent sale of it) for almost ten years. I can honestly say that their service was excellent throughout that whole period. Paul (Sidcup) and Katie (Bromley) went above and beyond the call of duty on a regular basis. They were always professional, friendly and easy to deal with, plus the pricing was very competitive. I would certainly recommend them to anybody considering selling or renting their property. In fact, I did just that to a friend who’d already had three agents view his rental property. He then decided to give the business to Capital.

GoogleWe brought our house from Capitol. From the offer being agreed to completion was SIX WEEKS and that was during the second Covid lock down. There was no chain which helped but that doesn't detract from the fact that Paul at Capital is an estate agency ninja and his team are brilliant its that simple!! GoogleI just rented out my house with Capital. Both Paul and Nicole were clued up about what needed to be done in order to get things in place. They were able to provide me with a clear list of what I should do for my part (which was very helpful). The process was very straight forward and any unexpected things that came up were dealt with and sorted out in a timely manner. Paul was recommended to me by a couple of people and I would recommend him and his team.

GoogleIf you want an estate agent who puts you at ease throughout the whole house sale. Capital are the Estate Agents to choose. Paul was amazing and we knew we were in good hands. Paul and Nicole worked so hard and believe me it was no easy task as the chain broke at the bottom and they got our house sold again quickly and kept us informed of everything. All of our properties are updated at the point of business basis We are a proud family run business and as you can can from the rest of our google reviews we have very happy Vendors buyers, Landlords and tenants. We can see that the reviews you leave on other businesses are negative also. We have checked our data base and have seen you haven't registered with us. Thank you for supporting a local business.....

GoogleWe bought our house through Capital and Jack and Rob were amazing throughout the process. They went out of their way to make things easier and were always ready to help. There was a point when the seller was threatening to quit and Rob stepped in and rescued the situation amicably. So it was quite stressful buying a house (as it usually is!!) but thanks to the lovely team at Capital everything went smoothly. Rob even got the driveway jet washed and the lawn mowed paying from his own pocket before our move to make it a nice experience for us, so really appreciate his kindness and professionalism!! The best thing amongst everything was that the solicitor recommended by them was amazing and the best a first time buyer could have!! So thanks for that too!!

A lot of time and care was spent by Capital Estate Agents and especially Paul Montgomery in making this happen. We would highly recommend as Capital care about all parties involved to get the ultimate outcome of buying And/or selling a property.
