GoogleI would like to thank staff at Andrews for making my dream come true. I have a lot of faith in them and would recommend them no end. The contact and communication from viewing to purchasing and moving into a property I purchased through them made me feel at ease with the whole process. I think a lot of attention was shown, making me realise how much they value their customers and it was not just about the vendors but also the buyers and in this case it was me. I am now in a home that I have only every dreamt about. Thank you. Winnie

GoogleFrom our experience last year we found them very helpful to begin with, but as time went by and sales collapsed they got less and less helpful. We even learned from our sellers estate agent James at Rush Witt & Willson that we had no chain at one point although we was told by Andrews the chain was complete and we should complete in about 8 weeks. Even our solicitors gave up with them as they gave incorrect information to them. Just out for one thing to get you on their books so they can get commission. The only thing they were true to their word about was to send through £100 of vouchers. This branch in my opinion is probably one reason why estate agents get such bad press.

GoogleContrary to the other reviews here, my experience with Andrews has been nothing but very positive. I rent a property through them, and from the initial engagement visiting the office and chatting to Megan and Kim, all the way through the contract discussion and then on to their 'after sales' service, I have been impressed. The team are polite and courteous, knowledgable and always quick to respond to questions, I really can't fault the service. Great job guys!

GoogleMy fiancé and I rented a flat through Andrews in December. It is our first place together so we wanted to use an estate agents rather than renting privately so we knew we'd have help and support. We cannot fault them, James and Megan especially have been a great help with any questions or queries we've had and from the beginning have provided a great service. Would definitely recommend them

GoogleUnfortunately Andrews not best place for premium style properties for letting. Do minimum amount tenant checks. Advised by other landlord and sometimes you have to see yourself with great regret. Do ask for proof of documented checks not just passport. Should be checking 6 months bank and landlord records. One star given as just friendly but incompetent.

GoogleThe worse experience ever dealing with this estate agent. Rude staff that treat you with little to no respect. All they are after is your money. We felt totally worthless after our dealings with them when buying our first home. 1 star is too high a rating. Avoid at all costs.
