GoogleThank you to Josh and the team for such a professional service. Everyone kept us well informed throughout the buying process. Josh was always at the end of the phone and very accommodating which for the type of property we were buying was extremely helpful. We would highly recommend.

I was kept informed throughout the sale process, which I was handling on behalf of elderly relatives in a strange town using powers of attorney. The office staff were always pleasant and helpful and Peter Lowarch was always ready to keep me up-to-date and dealt fully with my queries. Recommended.

GoogleRoger Parry’s have been amazing in my experience. Me and my boyfriend had had many months of not being able to find a rented flat due to old credit issues and we are now living in a wonderful two bedroom flat exactly where we wanted to be thanks to them. The staff are all very friendly, and Sophie, who has been our liaison for the whole experience is honestly incredible. Every little thing, or big thing has been dealt with quickly and they never make you feel like a nuisance. As a first time renter they have also been incredibly supportive and informative. Absolutely dreadful experience when buying a property from this agent. Once a full survey was completed on the property showing major defects present including asbestos they shut us down with no desire to gain a resolution. Over 3k lost in Solicitors and surveyors fees but what hurt us the most was the absolute disregard for the emotional impact not only on ourselves who had by this late stage re-located with our employment but all the other people we had to let down in the chain behind us. Ultimatums given with only hours to assimilate important information is not negotiation. Had the agent been open and transparent about the issues with the property from the start it could have saved eight people a whole lot of heartache in our chain. We would never use this agent again having had such a bad and truly heartless experience. We are not a number we are real people and it will take us a long time to get over this horrendous experience.

GoogleUnfortunately my partner and I had a bad experience with RP&P. We arranged a viewing with a property but decided having viewed it that we weren't going to make an offer. My partner received a telephone call from the estate agent following our viewing. The lady who called presumed in the first instance that we weren't putting in an offer because we couldn't afford it, which I thought was insulting (not that it matters, but we could afford it). She then accused my partner of giving her false information, as she had told the vendor where we lived (which she got wrong). When my partner asked why she needed to know this information, she told my partner that it was for security purposes - fair enough. However she was very quick to tell the vendor this information, who was clearly surprised when we told him during our house viewing that we didn't live where the estate agent had told him. What difference does it make where we live? My partner was clearly irritated and upset by the unprofessional behaviour of this lady when he got off the phone and we both agreed that we weren't going to pursue any further properties with this estate agent.

GoogleI purchased my property through Roger Parry, the process from start to finish was a breeze, Ruth who was helping me throughout the process was so helpful, kept in touch regularly, assisted in mediation between the solicitors on both sides and was very helpful with recommending local areas as I was not familiar with Telford. I would definitely recommend RP&P, and will most certainly return if/ when I come to sell. Thanks for all your help Ruth!!

GoogleExtremely disappointed in this estate agents. When looking for a property to rent I found a place I really liked but was told they don’t accept pets. I told the agent who was dealing with the property that I had a registered service dog. She continued to refer to the animal as a pet and I corrected her several times. The following day she informed me that our application was unsuccessful as the landlord does not accept pets. Once again I told her that he is not a pet, he is a service dog. I was discriminated against because of my disability which is illegal and lost out on a property because of it.

They assisted us with our first house purchase from the initial viewing all the way to completion. Whenever issues arose with the purchase we were able to speak to our contact Josh who kept us in the loop the whole way through to ensure the purchase kept moving forward. They acted as the essential link between us and the seller which definitely helped to fix issues quickly with less hassle. They were always extremely friendly and helpful, nothing being too much for them to help with. We'd definitely use them again.

We sold our house within 2 weeks at a time when the market is slow. Other members of staff were also very helpful when arranging viewings. We would definitely recommend using Roger Parry.
