GoogleMonks provided a very good service. We did experience a long and protracted sale, however the support provided by James, in particular was extremely thorough.

GoogleRang the office to enquire on letting a property, a very unpleasant, rude lady answered phone. If you are first time enquiring on a property to let, be ready to deal her attitude.

GoogleDealing with James at Monks has been a pleasure. He was very helpful from the start of the purchase process. Very accommodating in sorting viewings at times that suited us. We completed the purchase from first viewing within 3 months. Very happy with the service provided. Thanks to everyone at Monks.

GoogleIf you want an estate agent who have no knowledge of the lettings market, who have the best couldn’t care less attitude you wouldn’t believe, who never reply to your emails, who never return your phone calls, who just don’t want to know, this is the one. Avoid or use them at your peril

GoogleMonks were very supportive in the selling of our property. They did the viewing organisation for me. They were very professional in the feed back from the viewings and supportive when there were problems. I would certainly recommend them to my friends.

GoogleSold house within hours sending 2 viewers within 10 minutes of going live! Also recommended removal firm who we used and were excellent and also went out of their way to find us a suitable alternative property to buy. Kept us well informed throughout and would certainly recommend them.

GoogleI received excellent service from Lucinda-following Judy's swift introduction- at Monks, Shrewsbury who went the extra mile to find me a suitable rental property, which alleviated my stress levels during an extremely busy time in the property market. I was kept advised on a regular basis and recently moved in. The property is superb and I have no hesitation in recommending their services.PositiveResponsiveness

GoogleWe found Monks to be extremely helpful in supporting us in selling our late parents’ home, particularly as this had to be done remotely. We could not have asked for a more friendly and efficient team to guide us through the whole process from the initial marketing to the final completion. We would recommend Monks Estate Agents without reservation to anyone looking to sell/buy property in Shropshire.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleDespite a volatile economic environment, James directed 4 potential buyers to us in Spring 2023 within a week of the house going on the market. He has supported us tirelessly throughout the sales process and we moved to our new home in July!

GoogleTrying to view a house with his estate agents is more than impossible it's 3 on a Friday or not at all no flexibility at all no consideration to the vendor I would hate for this estate agents to be selling my house. if you have a house in Shrewsbury for sale and you have just reduced the price I would be asking them what are they playing at

GoogleAbsolutely fantastic estate agents. In fact, the BEST estate agents I've ever had dealings with. Lucinda in particular has been an absolute gem, and made the process so easy, from the viewing, to the paperwork, to the move in date and follow ups, it's been seamless, smooth and I can't fault anything. Thanks for making the move so stress-free. Highly recommend.
