Totally satisfied with our new home
We have recently bought a Flat in Gloucester and we are totally satisfied with our Lioncourt Home. The build quality and design is excellent. Tracey in the Sales Team was brilliant. Professional, friendly and supportive throughout the purchase process. As you would expect since moving in December we have had one or two small snags but these have been quickly resolved, the Customer Care Team and on site staff have been outstanding.

The best customer service you could ask for! Really lovely quality homes designed for the people rather than the developers, topped with lovely people to support you in the process. Cant recommend enough.

Lives up to 5 star reputation
I truly believe that Lioncourt is a five star builder. I have previously purchased new build properties, but Lioncourt has been the best for both build quality, design, and post sales customer service. I found that items, which would have been an extra in other building companies’ specifications, were standard fittings of quality with Lioncourt Homes. Better still, the plot I purchased was of a significant size compared to other new developments.

Orchards Walk, Harvington
We had the pleasure of working with Julie at Orchards Walk in Harvington, and the entire sales and after-sales process was seamless. Lioncourt Homes have been fantastic throughout, and after living here for over a year, we’ve experienced no issues. We would highly recommend Lioncourt Homes to anyone considering purchasing a new build property.

Avoid Lioncourt at all costs
Avoid Lioncourt at all costs. Moved into new property just over 2 years ago all seemed fine. Then after 6 months all the problems started. First of all water poring under glass panel around the bath and found out bath had only 2 legs actually touching the floor seal had gone from movement of bath. Then after a bit of rain the garden just floods kills all grass and doesn’t soak away for weeks and weeks on end. French drain put in and re turfed and hasn’t made a blind bit of difference. Still floods after tiniest bit of rain. Then half the radiators packed up through the winter Lioncourt were not willing to come out and fix. Then the main issue is every time shower is used water is getting in behind tiles and grout. Black mould under the whole length of the bath, plasterboard between bathroom and spare room is soaking wet with black mould in spare room also. Carpets damp floors damp and ceiling on ground floor is now getting damp. It’s obviously been leaking since I moved in and now they won’t do anything to help. Don’t answer my phone calls hardly reply to emails. They’re a complete bunch of cowboys. Do not buy from these developers you will have constant issues and they don’t want to know.

Avoid at all costs!!!!
Awful company, we have unfinished fencing around a balancing pond, for over a year (meant to protect the children living in our Cul-de-sac) our garden is appalling with no proper preparation of the soil before laying turf, onto clay soil full of stones and rubble, so be subsequently no longer have a lawn, but apparently that's our fault... even though virtually every single property has had the same issues and the gardens flood! The receptionist Karen, is useless, and never returns calls, always promising to be in contact but never calls back with a solution. The company they employ to do the maintenance, Ground Solutions, have no solutions at all! we hardly ever see them, there's weeds everywhere and they always leave a mess behind, particularly all over the cars, but they threaten us if someone drives on the grass.. I'm not sure what we are paying for there! We had mould, floods and blockages all in the first month, and a poorly ventilated loft with mould. The walls in the house are made of cardboard, I literally can't hang anything heavy on them. Honestly, I would avoid them at all costs if you can, I'm currently looking at my options to get the garden fixed, as they clearly have no intention of fixing their mess. Many other homeowners and tenants are having the same problems as us aswel, it's a disgrace tbh!

Good luck getting any of your snags done, especially if you only buy one of the 'cheap' houses, rather than a big detached one. You will be treated lesser. They will just blame you for their poor workmanship, after promising to complete work for nearly a year. The Customer Care Manager thinks it's acceptable to shout, storm off and slam your front door if you DARE ask to go higher with a complaint. Although taking it further is clearly pointless too, as still nothing will be done..NegativeQuality, Professionalism

Shocking service. Moved in 5 years ago, have recently had electrical issues and had an electrician out. Fuseboard had nearly set on fire due to loose connections. According to the electrical company who fitted it, connections can get loose after a while to which lioncourt homes have failed to even offer to pay for a new one. Was so close to losing my house due to shocking worksmanship and poor customer service. Will be seeking legal adviceNegativeQuality

We bought our home from Lioncourt 6…
We bought our home from Lioncourt 6 years ago, and have been very impressed. They were very helpful before and after we bought our house. But a recent issue showed how much they go above and beyond ! We had a faulty power socket that tripped the circuit and although they had no obligation to do anything (6 years after building the property) they sent out their customer service manager (a qualified electrician) to change it free of charge,

We moved into a nearly new Lioncourt property that was still under warranty. Lioncourt has dealt with our snagging issues very efficiently, and we would recommend a Lioncourt home based on the fantastic service they have provided.

Very happy at Orchard Walk Harvington
We have recently moved into our new Lioncourt home at Harvington. We are very happy with the whole experience with Lioncourt, from first viewing the house, through a difficult house sale process, with the completed house and with Lioncourt's customer care following our move.

Homes are finished to a very poor standard and the customer care team are the most unhelpful people I’ve ever had to deal with. Paul Newton (customer care manager) has been very condescending and rude towards me and my partner and has fobbed us off at every opportunity so that he can go back to procrastinating in his car for hours at a time.NegativeQuality
