TrustpilotHighly recommended for a tricky sale
We initially thought our probate sale would be straightforward, but a large stock of similarly sized new-build properties on the level market meant it proved trickier than we’d hoped. However we appointed DB Roberts after meeting 4 agents in total as they seemed very professional, realistic in terms of achievable sale price, and very responsive - all combined with a fair price. We had unavoidable issues with our sale (cancellation of purchasers’ sale at last minute!) but they were very practical and got a regular range of good quality viewings throughout the process. They also liaised regulator with updates and useful overview on what the local market was doing. We finally achieved the price we wanted and we have happy new owners moving in this week. Highly recommended.

The way my calls and inquiries were handled especially by Tia, is absolutely fantastic especially being a foreign national trying to rent she made the process so stress free. I wish there were more people like Tia,and the whole friendly crew at DB Roberts and Partners.

I have been with DB Roberts for some years now and they have always been very professional with their service. They have always provided good advice and use reliable tradespeople to carry out works at reasonable rates. I particularly appreciate the efforts of Nicole and Lisa who have always been available to provide support and advice. Having the stability of being with a company which has been around for many years is important ; and for those looking for an Estate Agent, I would highly recommend this team.

I have used DB Roberts as my letting agents for a number of years now. In all that time, I have found the service they provide to be very professional. My more recent interactions with Nicole have lived up to this. Nicole has dealt with my queries and property related issues very promptly. Tradespeople have been engaged swiftly ensuring work is completed with minimal disruption to tenants. Where there have been questions, Nicole has quickly had these answered.

Best estate agents ever! Been in one of their rental properties for the last 3 years and I can honestly say it's been bliss. I hear/read horror stories from others about their experiences with agents and landlords but never had any negative experience with DB Roberts. They are very prompt in response to problems and go above and beyond to get things fixed. Sorted my blocked drainage on short notice over a weekend. They take their clients comfort seriously.They'll be the first ones I'll call as soon as I get my own property.Special shout to Nicole Stiller......She's the best!!Thank you DB Roberts

I have a property which I purchased with a view to renting for a period while I spent some time overseas. I agreed to use the Agent D B Roberts to let the property and keep me informed about people who would want to rent it. This agent has performed an absolutely super job letting the apartment, vetting the client and getting necessary work done to keep the property up to date. During approx 10 years the Senior Property Manager and the Head of Property Management have been excellent managers and provided me with a very efficient service, and kept me up to date with any problems advising on solutions then resolving all problems satisfactorily. I am very pleased with the total service given over all these years.
