GoogleHunt Roche were our sellers estate agent, so I suppose as the buyer you wouldn't usually expect much in the way of service - but from the first viewing through to picking up the keys, the whole team has been absolutely fantastic to work with. They have kept in regular contact and helped chase solicitors, always responded quickly and answered any questions we had along the way. Would highly recommend them for both buyers and sellers, and if we ever decide to sell our house in the future we'll be coming to them first.
Thank you so much for a lovely review and the kind words. It was a pleasure dealing with you and hope that you are settling into your new home :) xx

GoogleHaving sold and purchased a property before using Hunt Roche, Shoeburyness, I had no hesitation in using them again. They didn’t disappoint, matching the perfect person to buy my home, quickly. As I was looking to purchase an onward home out of the county, I dealt with numerous estate agents and I can honestly say they were not a patch on Hunt Roche. Hunt Roche are extremely professional, keeping all parties fully informed at all times, going above and beyond. They also gave me advice in relation to issues found with my onward home, reducing my stress levels. I am only sad that as I no longer live in the area, I won’t be able to use their services again. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home. Ian, Sue and Emma thank you so very much for everything that you did for us
