I’ve been wanting to praise and leave feedback for HR for a while but only today visited this site. A stressful housemove that involved four solicitors (one of which was commercial and one probate)and that was after we’d already moved into temporary accommodation to help matters! It went down to the wire,probably last 24 hours. Varying solicitors dragged this on for 2/3 months and I have no doubt that without Ben negotiating with all parties, beyond his remit,the move may not have happened. Luckily for us this was a while back and we love our new house thanks to Ben and Shaun . In fact,I have just appointed HR on a different house sale starting this week and know I’m in the best hands possible.

I have not written many reviews lately as I now need to be truly motivated by service received - good or bad - to do so. I have however looked forward to writing this one as follows: After being with another local property agency for months with no success with my house transaction, as soon as my contract with the previous agent ended I engaged the service of Hunt Roche, Shoeburyness. Incredibly they found me a buyer in no time which made me regret not having signed up with them in the first place for all the months I lost with the other agency at a time when there was a higher level of activity in the housing market locally. My transaction was led by Sue at Hunt Roche, Shoeburyness office. Throughout, and at some difficult times elsewhere, the office provided me with the highest standard of service possible. Sue is highly intelligent and I did not have to say much and she understood my concerns throughout and acted on them without hesitation. She communicated effectively with all parties involved and kept me up to date in a timely manner. I truly believe we should have a Hunt Roche Shoeburyness office in every town led by 'a Sue’. House we recently purchased, first time buyers was all Hunt Roche, seemed a very good estate agents, smooth sailing and responded well to any requests/questions that I asked.
