Hunt Roche have been by far the best estate agents we dealt with whilst viewing properties. They arranged viewings within a timely manner and their communication was outstanding. When purchasing our property, they accommodated any additional viewings and made it clear that we were more than welcome to view as often as we liked. They communicated effectively between ourselves, the vendors and both sets of solicitors. All of their hard work was really appreciated - even down to the checklist they sent at exchange to let us know what we needed to do next (e.g. council tax), being first time buyers this was greatly appreciated as it’s fair to say we were clueless! Each estate agent we met and spoke with from Hunt Roche were friendly - we wasn’t made to feel like we was pestering when we had many questions! Special thanks to Ian, Steve, Emma & Sue!

Steve and Sue were absolutely amazing. From offer to completion the process only took 7 weeks which must be some sort of record. This was all down to the dogged persistence and determination to help us get in to our house before Christmas. We're absolutely delighted with Hunt Roche and their service. 7 weeks ago, I met Sue to view a different house which wasn’t for me! I explained my situation and she said, she had a house that would be just for me, within a few hours I went to view. From the moment we reached out to Hunt Roche about putting our property on the market, my partner and I felt confident that the sale was in good hands. Within just a couple of days we had sleek and professional photos and an amazing listing on all property portals; part of the decision to go ahead with Hunt Roche was not only because of their local presence but also because of the drone shots that were offered which really set our property apart from the rest. Every member of the team at the Shoeburyness branch showed outstanding professionalism at every stage and were always approachable and personable. Finally getting around to leaving a review for Hunt Roche, who represented our vendor during our purchase that finalised end of April. Sue was very responsive, helpful and on top of things. Sue got us over the exchange line with her persistance when our chain stalled and our agents seemed busy elsewhere. Should we ever need to move again we'd definitely use Hunt Roche to sell our home, we'd strongly recommend this agency to others.
