GoogleLost our house and they aren’t refunding !!
UPDATE: We regret to see your updated 1-star review, Katie and Mia. When we informed the landlord that you had reserved the property, we were extremely disappointed to find out that she had already rented the property to a friend's child and forgot to inform us as an agent. This situation was entirely out of our hands. Please be assured that your full holding deposit has been processed and you will receive a full refund within the week. As an estate agent, we cannot control such decisions by our landlords. We wish you the best of luck finding a rental property.
