A couple of weeks ago, I had a terrible experience with a letting agent while trying to move into a new flat, even forfeiting my holding deposit due to unnecessary, deceitful and ridiculous process. However, when I came across John Shepherd, they were incredibly helpful in finding me a new place. I didn’t have to wait forever for a viewing, as they arranged appointments as quickly as possible. Poor customer service. Haven’t had a working fridge for a month and wasted over £100 of food which they won’t compensate. I was told on viewing I would get a parking space and didn’t. Rent is overly priced for this small space apartment. Overall not happy with this service. I’ve had a really hard time during my move. Recurrent letters for electric bill which wasn’t paid before moved in. No one seems to know what they’re doing. First time moving out and I’m really disappointed and can’t wait till the lease ends.
