Thank you for taking the time to feedback to us, your review is one of four we have relating to this matter. We appreciate and understand that you are frustrated with losing out on the purchase of the property. During the negotiating process we sought to keep you informed about your offer; on the basis of the information available to us. We provided information to you, so that you could consider whether you wished to increase your offer to secure the property. We are certain that the vendor was aware of offers made and that we did not mislead you. The vendor decided to proceed with another offer for financial reasons; not because of Field Palmer or yourselves as prospective purchasers. It would be inappropriate for us to respond to your comments about another agent. We are sorry that you lost out on this property and understand your frustration and disappointment.
