We cannot fault the total professionalism, honesty, and kindness that the sales team showed throughout the entire time. Deanna in particular was fantastic; efficient, friendly, and incredibly promt with responses - nothing was too much trouble for her. Being first time buyers we were obviously new to the process but at no point were we made to feel naive, and every question we sent over was answered promptly in a kind and considered manor. Unfortunately, we had very negative experience previously with another estate agent which made us cautious, however our minds were put at ease and felt reassured throughout. Thank you.

GoogleI recently used Field Palmer to assist me with the search for my first home. During the period of which I was searching I would recieve weekly calls from Deanna or Kieran making me aware of a new properties that had just come to the market that could be of interest to myself, I would then always recieve a follow up email with the details for me to look at. With a lot of time, effort and many house viewings I found my perfect home thanks to the Field Palmer Shirley office. However, their efforts did not stop there. When a sale was agreed the sales progression process began to which every step of the way I was kept informed and assisted with any hurdles that appeared. Overall my expereince was nothing less then professional. I would highly recommend using this estate agents to ensure you find your dream home, like I found mine.
