GoogleWe had several very known estate agents visit Adam from Arden estate agents shone above the rest clearly showing his expertise and experience From the outset they did exactly what they said Jade and her Team at the Shirley branch took out all the stress of selling the house and in my opinion went beyond to ensure that the sale went through. Jade and Charlotte kept the buyer and ourselves informed and at times pushed the solicitors to ensure a smooth transition I thoroughly recommend Arden Estate Agents

In a saturated market of retirement properties Tom was a constant source of encouragement as many people viewed with enthusiasm but without following through. GoogleGreat support, friendly people, all around a brilliant experience. Arden Solihull staff were brilliant throughout the entire process, giving great support throughout. At every stage they were excellent; quoting, prepping the sale pack, putting on the market, organising viewings, reviewing offers, accepting the offer, going through the sale process and completion. Even with a tough market we had a host of viewings lined up and a very quick turnaround to accepted offer. Thank you to all at Arden for making it a great experience.

Viewings were undertaken by Ardens and the property was sold within 48 hours The team at the Shirley branch took away all the hassle and stress of selling the house and monitored progression of the sale throughout.
