From start to finish we could not fault the team. The viewings were scheduled to fit exactly what we could accommodate, the team were booking viewings constantly and gave feedback at every opportunity. The legal process is inevitably stressful but D’arcy has so much knowledge and is able to relay and relate to both the buyers and sellers to make it as stress free as possible. Lauren, D'Arcy and the wider team are an asset to Arden. We previously had our house on the market with another agent and had a terrible experience. Great service and lovely girls to work with, D’arcy was our main agent and she did really well with a difficult sale, but it completed in the end after 7 and a half months . My only advise for Arden is not to take a property off the market unless the buyer are completely ready to make their commitment to the sale and have an actual mortgage offer in place.
