We met Adam at our first viewing whereby he answered all of our questions, pointed out key details and consideration, and was just lovely to chat to! He was so helpful and accommodating when it came to organising further viewings and kept us up to date as professed. Jade was amazingly helpful as conveyancer, responding to all of our emails quickly and professionally! It was also lovely that Adam continued to take our phone calls, answer our silly questions and point us in the right direction as we progressed further. I am not sure where to start with this review. From the 1st time i met Adam at a viewing to the meeting with Lauren and the aftercare with Jade and the team Arden have been exceptional. I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent customer service Adam Pillinger provided during the recent purchase of my house. I initially put an offer on a house that was declined much to my dismay but a few weeks later I received a call from Adam asking if I was still interested in the property as it’s back on sale again. Just being contacted again to know my thoughts made me feel valuable as many estate agents will proceed to put the house on the market again without even speaking to those who previously put offers in. Adams professionalism and dedication to ensuring a smooth sale process were truly exceptional. Adam went above and beyond to answer my questions, if I had any questions he would reply to my emails promptly, so I am very appreciative of that! His efforts and commitment to providing excellent customer service did not go unnoticed, and I wanted to thank Adam for this as because of him I was able to purchase my forever home (after looking for over a year and having 2 houses fallen through previously), so this made a potentially stressful process much easier and enjoyable. After being very unimpressed with our first agent we appointed Arden to take care of the sale of my mother in laws property. From the start everyone was so friendly, polite and could not do enough for us. Adam took care of the viewings, even working overtime on a weekend to ensure all viewings where accompanied. After a few days of being on the market we accepted an offer. Jade took over from there and she has been INCREDIBLE. She is patient, polite and nothing is ever too much trouble for her. She has gone above and beyond to get our sale over the line, and it really has been such a pleasure to work with her. I can not thank you all enough for everything you have done. The people at Arden are all lovely as well as being great at what they do in particularly Jade who from start to finish was an angel. She’s so lovely and worked tirelessly and chased constantly for us to give us regular updates. We were pleased with our house sale and couldn’t have asked for a better service from Jade and would recommend her to all my friends and want to use her again. The only reason I’ve put 4 rather than 5 is that the agent fee in the contract was different to what was offered and quoted to me when Jon came out to value the house. I should’ve noticed in the contract that the fee had increased but that was the only thing I would change about the service.
