However, when the lovely Justine started dealing with the sale of my house, I decided to stay. She is a professional young lady with a lovely, friendly manner. GoogleIt was a bit of a rocky start, I guess I expected everything done immediately, but I'm very glad I stayed with them. They were very good at getting potential buyers through the door and we had several offers for our house. They were good at keeping us updated through the selling process. Would recommend this branch to anyone selling or buying!

GoogleWe've recently been looking for properties in the Fishponds area with Haart and they've been great. They helped us find a great property that we nearly saw through to the end, which unfortunately didn't complete in the end. After that though, Hannah, has been on it with other properties that are exactly what we're after. Very friendly and helpful team.

Really efficient with phone and email replies, including in the evening, and got our viewings organised and negotiations sorted quickly despite challenges with missing keys and office closures due to snow. Also refreshing to have a sensible conversation about the investment we were trying to make instead of getting the usual sales pitch.
