GoogleI would definitely recommend this agency, very professional and efficient team. I switched to Haart from other agency that wasn’t successful selling my flat. I worked mainly with Nigel Fudge, but other guys were great as well. They managed to get me 2 offers, one at the asking price and the other one above.

GoogleVery appalled by the service received from Matt/Nicola as well as the blatant lies. Avoid at all costs. If you do decide to proceed with Haart, get everything in writing before handing any money over. They will deny then backtrack what they have said, but will still refuse to refund anyway.

GoogleHaart were so efficient in the sale of our home, after being dubious of estate agents after our last experience elsewhere, my mind has been completely changed. GoogleHaart Fishpond team was very professional, friendly, reliable, and achieved a good sale price. Thanks to their nation-wide network, haart found a potential buyer within one week (although the property was put off market soon afterwards but took 4+ months to exchange). Their fees were also very reasonable, I.e. 1.5%. I strongly recommend Haart Fishponds.

GoogleI had a good experience with Haart Fishponds. My sale was managed by Eva who was great at keeping checks on both buying and selling side. She helped hugely by continuously pushing the sale along even given the difficulties. All staff in the fishponds office were very friendly and welcoming.

GoogleFrustrating communication system. Seemingly impossible to call someone directly without going through the customer care team that ‘pass on’ your message. Had to make an absolute nuisance of myself to get a call back. I’m only trying to organise a viewing , I can’t fathom the stress induced if I was selling.

Hannah in particular has done a spectacular job with managing my sale and has been great at keeping me informed.

GoogleUpon moving into a house left full of old tenants bins, clothes and general rubbish, Haart ignored all forms of communication and didnt not try to help up recive compensation for the COVID nightmare house we moved into. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

GoogleHaart offer a excellent letting service. They are fast and efficient. Our property was given to tenants in only one week. They even keep me updated and inforned. I am grateful to Nicola Lewis and George Williams. They even give us reports.
