GoogleI had a previous estate agents trying to sell my property for over 2 months before I contacted Haarts Fishponds. They got an accepted offer within 3 weeks. Granted they do have a higher commission but are worth every penny. They stayed in regular contact, keeping me updated and their marketing activity was head and shoulders above the other agents. Calum and Eva come highly recommended

GoogleAfter having my property up with 2 other agents for 6 weeks & having no luck, I decided to go with haart. Janice & Liam managed to let my property within 1 day! With the new tenant due to move in next week! What a result! Would definitely recommend. Excellent customer service & I was kept up to date every step of the way. I will definitely use haart again!

GoogleAs reluctant as I am to ever say anything good about an estate agent, I must confess my experience with Hannah and Eva at Haart fishponds was very positive. Not only did find a place that suited our needs that we'd not spotted in our searches, but they were all over our broker and solicitors which ensured that the whole process happened as quickly and painlessly as possible.

GoogleCould not be happier with the staff here, while I had most of my interactions with Ciaran, Levi and Nicola, they were all and each incredibly friendly and helpful. Provided excellent tailored support at every step through the process; from the viewing to the signing of the contract. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to live in Fishponds and the surrounding area! Cheers to all involved

GoogleHaart offer a fantastic letting agent service to landlords. I have been most impressed with their quick and efficient processes, at every point. I am particularly grateful to Nicola Lewis (branch manager) for keeping me informed and up to date, and for handling every little thing that rises - very calmly! This has been particularly valuable as a non-resident landlord.

GoogleWe are happy with the service we got from Haart. Especially I should mention Eva's name who is very cooperative, friendly and highly professional. However, I am not giving them 5 stars because of only one reason described as below. I chose the solicitor, Convey Law for the transaction with the recommendation of Haart. But we are totally unsatisfied with the service of the solicitor we received.

GoogleA fantastic estate agent! Although they are only supposed to be responsible for rent collection of our abode they have still gone above and beyond to help when dealing with a difficult landlord. The manager Nicola even bought us one of her own heaters whilst we were waiting for the heating to be repaired! In December this made all the difference. Thank you!
