GoogleI have been renting a property with Haart Lettings for 3 years now, and I’m very pleased with Kate, with every problem/ change of sharer I’ve had she’s been extremely helpful and very responsive. With the recent pandemic and influx of work, she’s still has given us plenty of her time and I’m very grateful! GoogleWe have just had an offer accepted on a house via Haart, having viewing what feels like a million properties we were beginning to feel a bit disheartened with the whole process but Haart have been a pleasure to deal with thus far. We also found them to be transparent and it does feel like they are honest and helpful. They’ve kept us updated throughout and we are excited to move into our new home!

GoogleWe were really let down by haart estate agents. Having travelled a great distance and having taken time away from work to view a particular property, we were disappointed that the estate agent did not show up or reply to our calls or emails as we tried to trace them. To make matters worse, we weren't informed that the property had already been letted despite us having booked a viewing.

GoogleWe bought a househouse from haart a couple of years ago. They told us thethe seller had put in a new boiler but it was actually ten years old, they said the seller put in a new roof. The roof was not new and it also was poorly felted. They upped the price when we gave them our last price and got the seller to call us to put pressure on the sale.

GoogleI arranged for a home evaluation , almost 4 weeks ago. They came out done the valuation and told me they’d be in contact within 42 hours. I’ve heard nothing back , I’ve left several messages , emailed and also spoke to staff at the office , about this. I get told I will receive a call back before the end of the day. And it’s now 9pm and still no phone call !!!

GoogleThese guys really know what their doing, Alex in particular was very helpful. They took beautiful photos of my flat and created a really good advert to sell it, I was able to achieve the asking price within a very short period of time. They kept in contact with me throughout the whole process and supported me every step of the way. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone wishing to buy or sell a property.
