Saying the seller asked for keep advertising but my offer remains valid... Total disappointment, because the property would need architect drawing and planning which would need paying too.

However, unfortunately we have had to contact our solicitor and TrustPilot as we don't feel the content of this review is firstly a fair reflection of the experience and secondly criticises the actions out of our control as a business.Lets break down the reviewYour first statement says 'Keeps advertising the property with a lowered asking price.'If our seller asks us to re-advertise the property because they have changed their mind about the type of buyer they would like us to attract that's entirely up to them. We have to take instructions from the seller of the property we are employed to sell. You also state 'would need planning permission which would need payment to the architect and to the council.'I think everyone reading this knows that if you are in a certain buying position you have 100% control and can buy the property before planning permission is obtained.
