I cannot recommend FastMove highly enough for their spot on evaluation of my property and land, creation of market interest, negotiation with a multitude of potential buyers and the professional and efficient way in which they expedited the sale process through to completion.After being on the market with various other estate agents for a considerably long time and receiving no interest in my property, I switched to FastMove and within a week of making the property live, there was a list too long to count of people requesting to view. We had quotes from other agents and were not sure what to do; however , I was assured by Christian of an extremely quick time frame to get our house on the internet and due to the very favourable terms of business, we decided on Fastmove . From the outset the communication has been exceptional- every query has been addressed, every viewing was followed up and the advice and guidance has been sound. The valuation proved to be spot on to encourage viewings and the photographer was open to our input. Not being restricted to communication during 9-5 office hours has been very useful. Fastmove first class service

This is the second property I have now sold using Fastmove and on both occasions they have delivered an unbelievable level of customer service. The first property I sold was actually purchased by Fastmove and the transaction was completed in days. However, as well as buying houses Fastmove also has a department that is set up to sell peoples properties i.e. a Nationwide Estate Agency. Because I did not need to sell the property as quickly as the first one I opted for this option knowing it would take longer but giving my property the opportunity to get this best possible price and Fastmove did not fail to deliver. They managed to find a buyer in two weeks and their offer was 5% more than the cash offer they quoted. What really impressed me though was the level of communication we received. The progression team constantly updated me throughout the sale and if I needed to ask a question whether it was 8:30am or 8:30pm there was always someone to help me. My sale completed yesterday so all I can say is thank you. You are a revelation to the industry and all the best.
