Genuinely don’t know where to start! From the first meeting until the day of completion Christian has gone above and beyond, he is very knowledgeable about all aspects and is always at the end of the phone. I dont think the guy ever has an hour off never mind a day, which is great for them stressy evenings when nothing is going to plan and all other solicitor and estate agents close at 5pm! He really is the best of the best and has has followed through on everything the whole time we have been in contact. Cannot recommend enough and we are so glad we came across Christian to help with our house sale. Not worked with any other estate agent that does what FastMove do (and I’ve moved house a lot lol) Highly recommend FastMove. Thank you so much.

CHRISTIAN IS ONE OF THE BEST. SECOND HOME I HAVE SOLD WITH HIM. I JUST CAN NOT BELIEVE PEOPLE ARE STILL PAYING 1% TO LOCAL ESTATE AGENTS WHEN FASTMOVE DO THE SAME THING FOR A FRACTION OF THE PRICE. YES YOU HAVE TO SHOW PEOPLE AROUND YOURSELF, BUT WHO BETTER KNOWS YOUR OWN HOUSE. CHRISTIAN THEN DID NOT JUST SIT BACK, BUT CHASED AND FOLLOWED THE SALE ALL THE WAY THROUGH TO COMPLETION, I HAVE RECOMMENDED HIM TO MY NEAREST AND DEAREST, AND WOULD NOT HAVE IF I DIDN'T TRUST HIM 100%.

I honestly feel that 5 stars dont come anywhere close to reflect the effort and efficiency that Christian and the Fastmove team put into getting us into our new home. From the first phone call and helping negotiate the price to introducing us to an excellent mortgage broker to picking up the keys, Christian and Fastmove quickly became our "go to" guys...whatever the time of day....or day of the week. Without a second thought Fastmove deserve 10 stars and if you want your move to be as stress free as ours was I wouldn't use anyone else.

I was nervous about using an online agent but my goodness, was I wrong. I have moved many times before but I have never come across an estate agent like Christian.He provides a superb service - up front clear advice ( including advising me not to take the fastest option),prompt responses to all enquiries and rapid feedback on viewings,no nonsense appraisal, working well beyond the expected hours in the evening and at weekends.There simply is no comparison to your ordinary on the high street agent and at a fraction of the cost.I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.

Hi, we have just had completion On the sale of our properties,I say properties because we started out to sell a shop, a 3bedroomed and 1bedroomed flat as one sale in Truro Cornwall we contacted FastMove and some other agents to get an idea on there charges, we decided on FastMove and we're so glad we did, we had a young man who advised us and helped us to sell the three properties seperatly to gain the best price, he advised a solicitor who again helped us get plans drawn ECT was so helpful but back to FastMove this young man was always on the end of the phone when we needed him and didn't we need him, it was a long haul but he was there for us all the way, what a first class service we would recommend them to anyone wanting to sell there property thank you again Mr Mrs Andrew

Christian has amazed me the most…

Christian has amazed me the most simplest sale turned into something that no one has come across in they lifetime. All because the buyer hired a solicitor that had no clue whatsoever what he's doing he tuned a 2 to 3 month procedure into 5 months. Christian didn't give up it could be 10pm or a Sunday 7 days a week he would answer my calls and messages straight away NO agent would do that. He would be down the buyers solicitor to make him do his job. I was breaking down the buyers side made me and my family mentally ill asked questions that no solicitors would ask but christian kept putting him in his place this sale wouldn't have gone through otherwise. Estate agents wont work past they working hours. This case became unreal which is hard to explain here. I would highly recommend him and fastmove. For what they charge agents wouldn't make that effort as he didn't know out of my will I will pay him more as his work was outstanding. Estate agents charge so much more and no way near they work like Christian did. Hats off to him.Kind regardsRabia

FastMove helped turn the struggle of selling my house into a reality... and they did it FAST! I cannot recommend FastMove highly enough for their spot on evaluation of my property and land, creation of market interest, negotiation with a multitude of potential buyers and the professional and efficient way in which they expedited the sale process through to completion. After being on the market with various other estate agents for a considerably long time and receiving no interest in my property, I switched to FastMove and within a week of making the property live, there was a list too long to count of people requesting to view. From that group of viewers, there was a number of generous purchase offers that helped me achieve exactly what I wanted from the sale of my property. FastMove were excellent in communicating with me throughout the sale process, including looking after searches, conveyancing and solicitors so that I didn't have to. The literally did everything and at no stage was I left wondering what was happening, nor did I have to speak with estate agents that were either unaware or uninterested in what was going on. A personal, dedicated VIP service throughout at an affordable price, this was truly an impeccable service from start to finish. If you want to sell your house, this is the place to come. THANK YOU FastMove!
