GoogleWe have used Dacre Son & Hartley twice now and wouldn't use anyone else! They have been fantastic both times from start to finish. Kelly and Claire are very professional and friendly. Kelly has got back to us quickly with any questions we had, kept us updated throughout the process and has been there anytime we have needed her. She really has been amazing! Also not forgetting branch manager Jonathan, he's been fantastic too. Thank you for making our house sale as stress free as possible.

From valuation of our own home to advertising it for sale, offering on our new property and getting to exchange of contracts yesterday! Dacre and Sons will not honour theIR word, nor treat you like human being. my tenancy was due to end during lockdown, and dispute a verbal contract that I would only pay for the days I was on the property, as soon as I was out, they claimed "normal practice is to give a month's notice so you will have to pay a full months rent" Normal practice?! They have zero compassion, and see you as nothing more than a bank account to bleed dry. everyone else in the UK right now is banding together and helping out their friends and neighbors. but Dacre? no they do nothing but try and get more money out of you and use a pandemic as an excuse. shame on you. DO NOT TRUST THIS ESTATE AGENTS.
