GoogleMy experience of Whitegates has been superb. We have just got to the point of accepting an offer on my house and the experience with them was nothing but outstanding. I chose them originally as I found them to be an intelligent company. They seem to think out of the box. They have also kept me updated religiously. More importantly, their strategy produced a top price for my property! In more general terms I have found them to be very friendly and professional. Would recommend highly!

GoogleI used Whitegates to sell my property and was extremely happy with the service provided. The property was marketed well by Joe and generated lots of interest which resulted in several competing offers within a few days of being advertised. Once a sale was agreed, Paul did an excellent job of keeping communication going between all parties, and went the extra mile to prevent the sale from falling through, where i'm sure other agents would've given up! I highly recommend using Whitegates to market your property.

GoogleAt times the service has been a bit hit and miss over the last 18 months, with staff turnover meaning you were never quite sure who you'd end up dealing with. However, 2 members of staff have stood out and consistently offered the best service possible: Adam Clarke on the lettings side, and Jordan Evans on Sales. Both are helpful, reliable and professional, and always did what they said they would do.

GoogleUntil recently, I was a tenant in a Whitegates-managed property for over 3 years. The staff are helpful and easily reached via phone or e-mail, and I was fortunate to have a proactive landlord. Adam helped to ensure that the end-of-tenancy and check-out procedure was as smooth as possible, and secured a speedy deposit return. Would certainly have no hesitation in using Whitegates in Sherwood again in the future. Cheers!
