I was very pleased with the level of service provided by Whitegates. Jordan and Olivia work well together and I was impressed by their commitment and professionalism in all aspects of selling my home. I've been looking at investment properties for a while now and have spoken to plenty of different agents all with varying levels of customer service. I don't usually leave google reviews but after the experience I had with Adam Clarke from Whitegates I felt compelled to do so. His knowledge and professionalism was second to none and he was one of the very few agents who actually had to patience to discuss with me at length my wants and needs with my next property purchase. My Boyfriend and I were trying to find…

My Boyfriend and I were trying to find somewhere to rent. We found a lovely property. We had a viewing with an agent and another person turned up at the same time to view the property. We felt rushed as the agent stayed near the door the whole time and didn’t ask us any questions and gave us little information. We asked for an application and handed it in. We was not told our application was given to the landlord until I called the office. The landlord asked reasonable questions. Why have we been employed for such little time? We replied with not being able to find a job during covid as we had also just graduated. We were also asked why our salary was so ‘low’. Our salaries combined make a total of £38,000 a year. We were asked reasonable questions and gave reasonable answers. We were told we were unsuccessful but not given an answer as to why. The agent didn’t respond to us or make us feel comfortable. We were gutted to not get the property. We could afford the rent initially but then we saw it had been reduced. We are confused hence why I have sent a follow up email asking why we were unsuccessful. We offered a guarantor as well and had received no response. Countless emails, and no replies. I’m gutted to have not gotten to rent the property but happy that we dodged a bullet with this company.
