GoogleI have had the wonderful opportunity of getting to know both the sales team and lettings team at Whitegates. I originally bought my property through Whitegates in 2018 and the Whitegates letting team have been managing my property . Now the sales team have worked their magic and are in the process of completing a sale for me. The progress has been simple and swift. I cannot give enough praise to Danielle, Olivia and Jordan who have all been very professional in their work yet managed to form a family type relationship. They are always available, always quick to sort any request. They are fabulous and I would Whitegates for selling and letting. Through the lettings team, I have had the expert services of Jack. His lettings knowledge has been invaluable to me. Jack walked me through all the stages of becoming a landlord. He explained all the formalities and procedures and submitted all the forms on my behalf as my trusted lettings agent. Nothing is too much to ask of any of these teams. If they don’t know the answer they will find it and get back to you as soon as they possibly can. I will definitely use their services again in the future. In the meantime, they continue to take care of my property with a professional approach as they always have. I fully recommend Whitegates for all your Sales and Letting requirements.

Its not been an easy purchase....issues initially caused by the developer selling the property were expertly dealt with by Whitegates. I would like to say a BIG thank you to the following Whitegates team members... Jordan who showed us round the property, and stepped in when things were going wrong was traffic and has a really lovely relaxed way of dealing with you...Danielle Clarke...what can I say...superb...im not the easiest person to deal with....and I have been extremely demanding with regards to this purchase....but she has been brilliant...couldn't do enough for me...extremely helpful...great communication...a real star. Who worked for a previous company and moved over to whitegates along with the property I was in is just a fantastic member of staff. Always quick with responses to issues or questions. GoogleMy experience of Whitegates has been superb. We have just got to the point of accepting an offer on my house and the experience with them was nothing but outstanding. I chose them originally as I found them to be an intelligent company. They seem to think out of the box. They have also kept me updated religiously.
