The most incredible Katie Malham at the Shepperton branch definitely impressed me! She's definitely a people person who has the intelligence to be professional at what she does. Every little question has been answered. I can come across as a bit demanding and my requests weren't all-time easy to get done immediately and to my surprise, she managed to make sure that is done precisely and super swift. so, my time by solving problems during my moving time was dealt with precise detail and professional - simplicity, which I haven't found at many Estate agencies for a while. What a fantastic Haart branch in Shepperton. Used the guys in Lettings department and by a mile they were the best agents I have ever came across. Communication was fantastic as we were updated at every step whilst sorting out our new tenancy! Erin and Fozley were great help and answered every question we had with no hesitation. Although I did not purchase through Haart in the end, I did search many properties with them but unfortunately nothing came through their books. Nonetheless the whole way through they were helpful, polite and never pushed too hard always touching base to update me where needed. I dealt predominately with Abhishek who was pleasant and very nice to deal with. Highly recommend giving them a shout if looking to sell or buy!

I have been trying to call the shepperton branch for 7 days straight now. About 5 times a day. NO answer. They won't reply back to my email either. All I want to know is a simple question about a property. They were even left with an urgent message from another branch ( the other branch actually picked up my call ) and they still haven't called back.
