We dealt with Matt from start to finish and we cannot thank him enough for all the support provided, nothing was ever too much to ask and even when Matt was not in the office his colleagues knew exactly what was happening and provided any support necessary. As a Landlord with a tenant moving out I could not of asked for a better service in finding a new tenant. Gurdeep Singh of Shepperton Branch was quick to react, efficient and most importantly always available to speak to me when needed. The network Gurdeep had access to found me a tenant on the first day of marketing which was fantastic and a great relief for me during what could have been a stressful time. I would have rated as 5 star but had some reservations around quality of deep clean that was recommended to me. Selling your home is probably one of the most stressful motions to go through. Add COVID-19 to the mix and matters get even more fraught with worry! I chose haart estate agents Shepperton to market the property, Scott Hall came across as professional with great local knowledge and current market trends. We needed the services of several estate agents to help with probate valuations of a relative's estate. Sheila Dreamer, the branch manager of Haarts in Shepperton, came out in person to do the valuation. All the right questions asked and a very prompt formal response. Overall Haart offered a quick, friendly and thorough service. As well as being utterly professional (even if she didn't have Wellingtons handy to check out a large but soggy plot😋), Sheila is surely one of the loveliest estate agents on the planet.
