GoogleCurchods have been great from start to finish of my house sale. Owen gives honest and experienced valuations, which at the start of the process means no lost time wasted with an unrealistic asking price. That said he ensures your house is priced what it is worth and not undervalued for a quick sale. My house was under offer within the first few days of listing at full asking price. After that point Curchods really work hard for you with the sales progression, tirelessly liaising with and chasing solicitors and other agents in a chain. Sally in sales progression, really makes you feel that she 'has your back' throughout the whole process, staying in regular contact. I would highly recommend Curchods to sell your home, if you want a professional, honest and open service.

GoogleAbsolutely disgusting service. Have been going through referencing with this agency with my husband to rent a flat. When filling out the form, I noticed that rent payment specified 50/50 between me and my husband, called UK tenant data to correct it as the rent is paid fully by my husband. Natasha, who I spoke with on the phone promised it will be corrected once they get both of our applications. When filling out mine, I specifically said that rent is paid by my husband, as well as uploaded 2 documents confirming that. My husband also made sure he specified that in his application. His wage is over double than minimum one required for that property so it should have been a done deal, yet UK Tenant data manage to ruin it. Today we find out that I haven’t passed referencing as the 50/50 part still was not corrected. Absolutely horrific, will be filing formal complaint for both employees who I spoke on the phone as well as the one who “worked” on our case!

GoogleThese Forms are atrocious as I was hopeful to move from a council property to a Private let and there was no logical way to put my local council into the application. quote from a previous review "We also requested a copy of your P60 or personal tax summary which is required for employed applicants. " NO, you don't as I was never asked for this document once. I wasn't even given a reason as to why my application was declined. along with this, my wife is my legal next of Kin not anyone else out with my household as I have no family in the same country as myself. But for the forms purpose I had to put details in of my parent who lives 400+ miles away not exactly great. Thay said un didn't declare properties I haven't lived in for more than 15 years most companies are 5 eares properties. .

GoogleThe house was advertised as chain free, this was clearly not the case after being reassured by the estate agent three times it was and when it came to exchange we were put under a huge amount of stress and pressure because all of a sudden there was a forward chain/rental. We would have appreciated honesty from the start.
